Dit betekent dat elke gebruiker van de snom 3xx de comfortabele functies van de Microsoft ® Office Communication Server 2007 R2 kan gebruiken Als u iemand wilt bellen, klikt gewoon op de naam in de snom LDAP Active Directory-lijst. De Microsoft ® Office Communication Server 2007 plaatst dan automatisch de oproep. Bovendien kan de gebruiker altijd de status van al zijn contacten zien en gesprekken opzetten op alle geregistreerde telefoons op de van het Microsoft ® Office Communication Server 2007.
